Sarah Montague
Sarah Montague is one of BBC's Breakfast prestigious team members, currently presenting the new three hour daily news programme from 6am - 9am on BBC1 Monday - Friday. Sarah is also a presenter on Radio 4's Today Programme, and can be regularly seen on BBC 2's Newsnight along side Jeremy Paxman and Jeremy Vine. In addition, Sarah is a main presenter on HARDtalk, a one-to-one indepth interview series for BBC News 24 channel.
Sarah Montague started her career in finance. Working as a stockbroker and Eurobond dealer with Natwest Capital Markets, London. Then in 1991 Sarah became a reporter/presenter at Channel Television in Guernsey. She moved back to London in 1994 as a freelance news reporter before joining Reuters Television in January 1995. From there she went to Sky News in January 1996 where she presented both business and news programmes. She joined the BBC in October 1997 and ever since her career has flourished. Sarah is fast becoming a regular face on the BBC's news and current affairs programmes.
Because of Sarah's presenting, journalistic and financial experience, she is most sought after for award ceremonies, corporate and financial seminars, and to host many sales conferences and functions throughout the country
